Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 c. cooked diced ham
- 2 c. precooked rice
- Soy sauce mix (below)
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 stalks scallions, minced
Directions
- Heat butter in heavy skillet and saute/fry onion and ham. Add in rice and soy sauce mix. Add in Large eggs. Mix well. Add in minced onions.
