      Oil for frying
      1 slice of bread Continental
      2 eggs
      1 teaspoon cinnamon
      2 tablespoons water
      1 cup sifted powdered sugar

      Heat oil to 370 ° F in a large heavy pot.
      Cut the bread into 8 thick slices; discarding the ends.
      Cut two circles of each sector with cookie cutter.
