Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (cooked in 2 1/2 c. water)
- 2 sm. Packages frzn broccoli, cooked
- 1 (8 ounce.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. celery, minced
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Slivered almonds
Directions
- Saute/fry celery and onion in butter. Combine with broccoli and rice. Place in casserole. Mix lowfat milk, soup and 1/2 of Cheez Whiz. Pour over broccoli and rice mix, and top with remaining Cheez Whiz and almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 min.
