  • 6 oz. long grain and wild rice blend
  • 1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 ounce.) box frozen minced broccoli
  • 10 to 12 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 3/4 quart. casserole dish

Directions

  1. Cook mushrooms over medium high heat in butter and garlic salt.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Cook broccoli according to package.
  4. In a casserole dish arrange layers of rice, mushrooms, broccoli, and cheese until all ingredients are used.
  5. Heat casserole in 350 degree oven for 20 min or until cheese is melted.
