  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 6 ounce. frzn crabmeat or possibly imitation crab, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together soup mix, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and Tabasco till well blended. Stir in crabmeat, artichokes, cheese and dill. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs. Serve with crackers.
