  • 3 pound boneless chuck
  • 3-4 med. potatoes, quartered
  • 4 carrots, scraped and quartered
  • 1-2 stalks celery, 1-inch pcs
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Place in center of a large piece of heavy duty foil, boneless chuck. Arrange the vegetables around meat; pour soup mix, dry, over meat and vegetables. Bring the ends of the foil together and make a double fold. Turn the ends in double folds and place seam side up in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hrs.
