  • 3 c. vegetarian burger
  • 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2/3 teaspoon mace
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 c. cracker meal
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2/3 c. soy lowfat milk
  • Red coloring (optional, add in to lowfat milk)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Pack into 3 lb. can with lid or possibly put in top of double boiler. Steam for 1 1/2 hrs. When cold, mix with lemonnaise and dill pickle for sandwich filling.
