Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Noodles, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Minced ham
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Minced green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. Finely minced celery
- 1/4 c. Finely minced onion Pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp. Melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 3-qt casserole.
- Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients till well mixed. Spoon into the casserole and bake 50 to 60 min, or possibly till bubbling and set.
