  • 2 c. frzn broccoli flowerets, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
  • 2 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cut up fully cooked ham
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Mix potatoes, water and 2 tbsp. butter in 2 qt microwavable casserole. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 10 min. Stir in sauce mix and lowfat milk till well mixed. Stir in broccoli and ham. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 min. Stir. Cover and microwave till potatoes and broccoli are tender, 3 to 5 min longer, stir.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon butter in 10 ounce. custard c.. Microwave uncovered on high till melted, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir in corn flakes and paprika; sprinkle over potato mix. Let stand uncovered 5 min. Makes 6 servings.
