Directions

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Then pour into a 9 inch pie plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper, green pepper, green onion, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Serve with corn chips or tortillas

    This was really good! When I was making it, I was really unsure about all the seasoning I was putting in it, but it tastes great! The only problem I ran into was that under the ingrediants it doesn't have the cheddar cheese...so I didn't buy cheddar cheese...but it was still good. If and when I make it again I think I will leave out the green peppers. They have a strong flavor and I just think it would be better with out them.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
