Ingredients
- Â Â c - Meat Balls -
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Lean Grnd Beef, or possibly
- Â Â Grnd Chicken, or possibly
- Â Â Grnd Turkey
- Â Â c - Spagetti Sauce -
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Onions minced
- 4 x Crushed garlic cloves or possibly
- 2 x Chopped garlic
- 14 ounce Can Tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Red wine (optional)
- 1 x Sweet green pepper
- 1 tsp Dry leaf basil
- 1/2 tsp Leaf oregano
Directions
- Form meat into 1 inch meatballs. Add in to cooking spaghetti sauce. Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry for 2 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 15 minutes.
