Ingredients

  • 2 c. UNCOOKED macaroni
  • 1 pt. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 med. onion, fine minced
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 pt. cooked cubed chicken
  • 4 boiled Large eggs, cubed

Directions

  1. Combine soup and water, mix well. Fold in all remainder ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator and let sit 1 1/2 hrs before baking. Bake 1 1/2 hrs in 325 degree oven.
