  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pkg. minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed or possibly 2 head of broccoli minced, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. 1. Mix together cooked rice and broccoli.
  2. 2. Heat soup, lowfat milk and 1/2 lb. cheese together till cheese melts. Stir often.
  3. 3. Combine all ingredients together and spread in large pan or possibly casserole dish.
  4. 4. Cover with 1/2 lb. cheese, sliced
  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly freeze and bake later.
