Ingredients
- 30 chocolate Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 pound melted butter
- 1/2 gal. softened chocolate chip mint ice cream
- 1 jar warm fudge, heated slightly to thin for spreading over top of ice cream
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Mix cookies with melted butter. Pat in 9 x 12 inch pan. Spread ice cream over crust. Freeze. Spread warm fudge over ice cream; freeze. Put whipped cream over top and sprinkle with nuts (optional). Freeze. Thaw slightly before serving.
