Ingredients: 4 med. sized sweet potatoes, boiled & chilled (or possibly 2, 1 pound cans of yams); 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 2 tbsp. lemon juice; 1/4 c. cream; 1 1/2 c. diced celery; 3 tbsp. diced sweet pickle; 3 tbsp. diced green pepper; 3 tbsp. minced black walnuts; 1/2 teaspoon salt; Watercress or possibly parsley, for garnish

Directions

This salad is a Lulu - first because Lulu gave it to me, and second, because it's really good. It's an original Ozark Mountain recipe.
