Directions

  1. Sift flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon together. Place Large eggs and sugar in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed till mixed. Beat in oil, a small amount at a time. Stir in flour mix, carrots, pineapple, vanilla, and walnuts.
