Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. quick rolled oats
- 1/3 c. oat bran
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Beat all ingredients till well blended. Pour onto center of preheated waffle iron. Bake till steaming stops and remove. Makes 8 to 10 waffles, depending on size of waffle iron.
