Ingredients

  • 2 lb Buffalo stew meat -- 1 " Cubes
  • 5 x Carrots -- minced
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 3 stalk celery -- sliced
  • 1 can (1lb. 12oz.) tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix thoroughly
  2. Cover and cook on low for 12 hrs (high for 5 to 6 hrs).
  3. Makes 4 to 6servings.
