Ingredients

2 lb Cut up stew meat
1 lrg Diced onion
3 x Carrots 1/2 inch slices, up to 4
1 lb Thickly sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Paparika
1 tsp Pepper
3/4 c. Ketchup Oil

Directions

Brown meat and saute/fry onions in oil. Add in seasonings and ketchup and simmer covered over low heat for 1 hour. Add in carrots and mushrooms and continue to simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over thick noodles.
