Ingredients
- 3 or possibly 4 lg. pcs of squash (any kind) or possibly pumpkin
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 c. chicken stock
- White wine and port
- Healthy pinch of thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
- Cream
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Peel squash and cut into chunks. Chop onion. Combine all above, healthy pinch each of spices, splash of wine and port (but not necessary). Simmer 30 min.
