Directions

  1. Slice at an angle steak, peppers, and tomatoes (if fresh) and onion. Sprinkle flour over all this then add in to 2 Tbsp. of oil along with garlic. Brown all this together in a pan then add in the water stir to make sure there were no lumps and it thicken like paste. Cook on very low heat or possibly in oven at a low temperature till everything is cooked. Add in salt and pepper and serve over noodles.
