Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. oil or possibly bacon grease
- 2 pound round steak
- 3 lg. green peppers
- 3 lg. tomatoes or possibly 1 quart.
- 1 lg. onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. flour
Directions
- Slice at an angle steak, peppers, and tomatoes (if fresh) and onion. Sprinkle flour over all this then add in to 2 Tbsp. of oil along with garlic. Brown all this together in a pan then add in the water stir to make sure there were no lumps and it thicken like paste. Cook on very low heat or possibly in oven at a low temperature till everything is cooked. Add in salt and pepper and serve over noodles.
