Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 (5 ounce) Hershey lowfat milk chocolate bars
- 2 packages. chocolate chips
- 1 (8 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Boil together 4 cups of sugar and one large can of evaporated lowfat milk for 4 1/2 min. Place three 5 oz Hershey lowfat milk chocolate bars, 2 pkgs of chocolate chips and the contents of one 8 oz jar of marshmallow creme together. 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla in a large bowl. Pour one half of the hot mix over the other ingredients and beat well. Add in remainder of the hot mix and beat till creamy. Pour into a large greased pan. The fudge is ready to cut as soon as it is in the pan.
