  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 3/4 ounce pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 can Pillsbury ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
  • 2 to 3 drops green food coloring

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put together cake mix, water, oil and large eggs. Add in dry pudding mix at low speed till moist. Beat 2 min at high speed. Add in almond extract and food coloring, blend till color is even. Reserve 2 cups of batter. Pour remaining batter into prepared tube pan.To the reserved batter add in 1 cup of the fudge frosting, blend well. Spoon over the batter in tube pan. Swirl batter lightly with a knife. Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till done. Cool upright in pan 15 min. Invert on serving plate. Heat the remaining frosting and pour over the cake for a glaze.
