Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd lamb
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Grnd garlic
- 1 c. pine nuts
- 1 c. pistachio
- 1 c. parsley
Directions
- Knead lamb with salt, pepper, allspice. Flatten meat on a sheet of waxed paper. Make rows of garlic, pine nuts, pistachio and parsley. Roll. Bake in baking dish. Put mix of 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar. Cook 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
