Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) can whole tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hrs.
