Ingredients
- 2 pound round steak, cubed & browned
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cans Chinese vegetables with juice
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tbsp. tapioca
Directions
- Add in all ingredients to cubed and browned round steak in order given in crock pot. Cook 4 hrs at 275 degrees.
