  1. Soften cream cheese. Drain clams and add in 2 tbsp clam juice to cheese.Blend till smooth. Add in chopped clams, Tabasco sauce, seasonings, onion, and lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate: serve with chips or possibly crackers. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
