  • 1 pkt Deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkt Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. Semi-sweet mini choco chips
  • 1 c. Colored mini-marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. Duncan Hines Chocolate frosting
  • 2 Tbsp. Semi-sweet mini choco chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease and flour 13x9" pan.
  2. FOR CAKE: combine cake mix, pudding mix, Large eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 min. Stir in 1 c. miniature chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. FOR TOPPING: Immediately arrange marshmallows proportionately over warm cake. Place frosting in microwave-safe bowl.
  4. microwave at HIGH for 25-30 seconds. Stir till smooth. Drizzle proportionately over marshmallows and cake.
  5. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips. Cold completely.
  6. TIP: For ease in cutting, use knife with thin, sharp blade. Clean knife with paper towl after each slice.
