Ingredients
- 1/2 pkt (16 oz size) rigatoni or possibly ziti macaroni
- 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
- 2 med Tomatoes, minced (about 2 c.)
- 2 x Green onions (with tops), sliced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 lt /2 tsp. minced fresh or possibly 1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarsely cracked pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
Directions
- Cook rigatoni as directed on package; drain. Mix remaining ingredients.
- Toss with rigatoni. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs. Toss before serving. Serve with freshly grnd pepper if you like.
