Ingredients
- 1 c. grnd cinnamon
- 4 T white glue
- 3/4 to 1 c. water
- Rolling pin
- Cookie sheet
- Wax paper
- Straw
Directions
- Stir together cinnamon, glue and water. Dough should be thick like cookie dough. Sprinkle work surface with cinnamon and roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters.Dry shapes by laying them on wax paper. Let dry for 4 days at room temperature, turning once or possibly twice a day. Before shapes dry, use a straw to make a hole at top of ornament so it can be hung. Once dry, shapes may be painted with acrylic paint.
