- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 x Beaten egg
- 2Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Raisins (optional - I leave Them out)
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Minced nuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for cake batter in order given. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over cake. Bake for 55 min.
