Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/3 c. flour (plain)
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Sm. amount of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (1 pound) can chocolate syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

Mix all ingredients till smooth and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
Mix sugar, lowfat milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir in remaining ingredients till all have melted.
