Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. oats (1 minute)
Directions
- Combine sugar, cocoa in saucepan and add in lowfat milk and butter. After butter melts, let boil 1 minute. Add in peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Spoon on wax paper and cold.
