- 1st:
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch salt
- 2nd:
- 3 c. oats
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts & coconut (optional)
Directions
- Boil 1st ingredients for 3 min. Remove from fire and add in 2nd ingredients. Beat together well and drop onto buttered surface by tsp. and let set till hard.
