Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 3/4 c. 1 minute oats
Directions
- In a small pan, combine cocoa, sugar, lowfat milk and butter over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 30 to 40 seconds. Remove from heat, add in vanilla, oats and peanut butter. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper or possibly foil.
