Ingredients

1st:
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk
Healthy pinch salt
2nd:
3 c. oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. nuts & coconut (optional)

Directions

Boil 1st ingredients for 3 min. Remove from fire and add in 2nd ingredients. Beat together well and drop onto buttered surface by tsp. and let set till hard.
