Directions

  1. Heat chips with 6 tbs water in double boiler. Add in 4 egg yolks, beat 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mix. Whip cream and add in to this mix. In oblong cake pan tear angel food cake into bite size pcs. Top with half of chocolate mix. Repepat with rest of cake and chocolate mix. Chill 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
