- 1 1/2 Tbsp. MAPLE SYRUP
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 1/2 tsp GINGER
- 1/2 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
- 16 ounce BONELESS SIRLOIN STEAK
Directions
- COMBINE OIL, SOY SAUCE, SYRUP, VINEGAR, GINGER AND GARLIC. TRIM FAT FROM STEAK. MARINATE IN SAUCE Till TIME TO COOK. REMOVE STEAKS FROM MARINADE.
- RESERVE MARINADE FOR LATER USE. PREPARE STOVE TOP GRILL Or possibly PREHEAT BROILER.
- GRILL Or possibly BROIL FOR 5 Min ON EACH SIDE AND TURN ONCE Or possibly TWICE. BRUSH WITH MARINATE EACH TIME YOU TURN. BROIL Till DESIRED DONENESS.
