  • 2 small boxes frzn broccoli, cooked
  • 2 c. rice, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large block Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Mix cooked broccoli, cooked rice and cream of mushroom soup and add in desired amount of Velveeta cheese. Heat and mix well. Spread in a 3-quart casserole dish.Top with Velveeta and bake at 350°F till golden.
  2. Enjoy!
