  • 24 mushrooms (1 1/2 inch caps)
  • 1 (4 1/4 ounce.) can Underwood deviled ham
  • 3 tbsp. onions, chopped
  • Dash of steak sauce
  • 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 24 melba rounds

Directions

  1. Wash mushrooms, remove stem. Chp stems finely. Mix with deviled ham, onion, steak sauce and bread crumbs. Fill caps with ham mix, rounding slightly. Place in shallow pan. Broil slowly for 15 min. Serve each on small Melba Toast Rounds. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
