Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. paprika
Juice of 2 lg. lemons

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 min, stirring occasionally. Can store in the refrigerator for later use. Yield: 3 c..
