Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound round steak, cut in strips
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 c. onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lg. green pepper, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can beef broth
- 1 c. water
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Brown beef in warm oil in a large skillet. Stir in rice, onions, beef broth, green pepper, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and cook over low heat till the liquid is almost absorbed.
