Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tips/stew/steak
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. French's brown gravy mix
- 2 teaspoon oil
- Rice (yellow)
Directions
- Parboil beef cut into 1/2 inch cubes till tender. Brown beef in skillet using oil. Add in salt and pepper. Prepare brown gravy mix according to directions; pour over the beef tips and simmer 30 min. Prepare yellow rice according to directions. Pour beef tips and gravy over rice and serve.
