  • 1 pound beef tips/stew/steak
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. French's brown gravy mix
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Rice (yellow)

Directions

  1. Parboil beef cut into 1/2 inch cubes till tender. Brown beef in skillet using oil. Add in salt and pepper. Prepare brown gravy mix according to directions; pour over the beef tips and simmer 30 min. Prepare yellow rice according to directions. Pour beef tips and gravy over rice and serve.
