Directions

  1. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1/2 c.. Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs; let stand 5 min. Stir in beef and mushrooms. Put in loaf pan; combine catsup and corn syrup and spread over top. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
