Ingredients
- 7 slc bread trimmed, cubed
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
- 2 c. grated medium cheddar cheese
- 7 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Â Â Sliced tomato for topping
- Â Â Minced chives for topping
Directions
- Combine lowfat milk and Large eggs and mix well. Mix in remaining ingredients except sliced tomatoes and chives.
- Pour into greased 9- by 13-inch pan and top with thin-sliced tomatoes and chives. Chill overnight.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour in top of oven.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
