  • 1 pc 4 lb. Boston pork butt roast
  • 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Place meat in the crockpot with 1/4 c. water. Cook on low setting all day, or possibly till it is so tender itfalls apart easily.
  2. Remove from pot and let it cold slightly, but don't let it get cool. Pull meat awayfrom fat (remove fat and throw away) and shred meat with two forks.
  3. Return meat to crockpot and adda bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce (I like KC Masterpiece, or possibly Kraft Honey Barbeque sauce) and stir till thoroughly combined.
  4. Continue cooking till heated through.
  5. This makes greatsandwiches on buns, or possibly meat entree.
  6. Great with coleslaw and baked beans.
