Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 c. water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. Bar-b-que sauce
Directions
- Drain and flake tuna. Combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan, heat; add in tuna. simmer covered 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add in water if necessary. Serve over rice.
