Ingredients: 1 x Thick slice ham; 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard; 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar; 1/3 c. White vinegar; 10 ounce Frzn strawberries, undrained (one package); 2 stk cinnamon; 2 whl cloves; 1/2 tsp Ginger ds Nutmeg

1 x Thick slice ham
1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/3 c. White vinegar
10 ounce Frzn strawberries, undrained (one package)
2 stk cinnamon
2 whl cloves
1/2 tsp Ginger ds Nutmeg

Directions

Gash the ham fat in several places and brown in a skillet on both sides.
Place ham slice in baking dish. Combine mustard, brown sugar and vinegar and sprinkle over ham. In saucepan simmer strawberries and spices together for 10-15 min. Pour over ham and bake in 320F oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
