Ingredients
- 12 slices bread, remove crust and cube
- 2 c. diced ham
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn broccoli, thaw, drain, and chop
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Butter 9 x 13 inch pan; put 1/2 bread in pan. Layer ham, broccoli, cheese, and add in bread cubes. Put together large eggs, spices, and lowfat milk; pour over the top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Let stand 10 min. Cut and serve.
