Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound pork sausage, browned and liquid removed
- Dash Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Put together large eggs and lowfat milk in bowl, beat well; add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover; chill overnight. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 35 min or possibly till set. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
